KEDADAS EN ALCALA DE GUADAIRA Y TRIALON CON JOSE ENRIQUE ROMAN

Que porque vamos los fines de semana a Alcalá de Guadaira a entrenar. Muy sencillo por la orografía por los amigos, por el paisaje, porque está cerca de Sevilla pero sobre todo por los baños que nos damos y sus magnificos desayunos. Dentro de poco estaremos allí otra vez.
ENHORABUENA A NUESTRO JOSE ENRIQUE ROMAN POR LA CONSECUCION DE SU TRIALON Y A JOAQUIN POR SUS EXITOS EN EL AGUA. ENHORABUENAAAAAA



LOS LENTOS EN MATALASCAÑAS

YA VAN UNOS POCOS DE AÑOS ACUDIENDO A MATALASCAÑAS A ESA GRAN CARRERA POR LA PLAYA QUE HACEN NUESTROS AMIGOS ONUBENSES.
EL AÑO PROXIMO VOLVEMOS.

Este verano ha sido concurrido hablando de carreras y también estuvimos en Islantilla con la familia García Sollo.Premio para nuestra Miriam.



LANGOSTINO TRAIL Y POPULAR SANLUCAR

Hace unas fechas estuvimos en Sanlúcar disfrutando de dos carreras que se han puesto de moda en la costa gaditana. Allí estuvimos un gran número de Lentos en las dos distancias y consiguiendo algún pódium.
